Returns
As a small, growing business, we want to ensure the best experience for all our customers! We offer store credit for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or offer store credit for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. Your support means the world to us, and we appreciate you helping us keep things fresh and fabulous!
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for any issues.
How to Return an Item For Store Credit:

Email us at contact.bcarterclothing@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your item back.

Pack your return securely, using the original packaging if possible. Since we are a small business, at this time the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your store credit.
